PROJECT DETAILS SOPHIE’S AT SAK’S FIFTH AVENUE SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO Sophie’s offers globally influenced yet decidedly American and Puerto Rican cuisine in a luxurious intimate setting featuring a cocktail bar, open kitchen and private dining area. Working closely with Julie Babcock of Chipman Design, customized molds were developed to produce continuous, multi-use panels, where the shapely pattern flows seamlessly.
